Cold Water Rescue Spring 2026

Service Description

Litchfield County Regional Fire School will run Principles of Ice Rescue on March 7, 2026. This one-day course focuses on basic and advanced cold water rescue techniques. Much of the time is spent in practical evolutions where students perform simulated rescues. Focus areas include safety, personal protective clothing, scene control, ropes and knots, and the use of ice rescue equipment.
