Service Description

The Litchfield County Regional Fire School developed an Exterior Firefighter course for those individuals that would like to assist on the fire ground, but do not wish to enter the hazard area or climb ladders. The course is embedded into the Firefighter I course so students get used to working with interior firefighters. This is not a certification course. Classes meet on Monday and Wednesday and some weekends. Students will not be required to attend all of the Firefighter I course. They may attend extra days if they choice.
