HQ-8
Lee Baldwin
Lee Baldwin has 32 years in the fire service and is fourth generation to volunteer fire service. Lee is a current member of the Falls Village Fire Dept (5), Canaan Fire Company (25) and associate member driver for the Goshen Fire Department (2).
Lee is diversified in training includes TEEX Incident Management and Response, Rural Strategies & tactics, Rural water supply, Incident Safety Officer, Aerial Strategies & tactics, NIMS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, 800.
Lee has held executive and all the line officer positions in the Canaan Fire Company and was Chief for 5 years. Lee is also the past President of the Litchfield County Fire Chiefs Emergency plan and past board member. Lee was a member of the CT IMT West team. He was also a former member of the Lakeville Hose Company and Southbury Volunteer Fire Department.

Eric Epstein
Eric is a 31-year member of the Kent Volunteer Fire Department serving multiple positions including 13 years as Chief. Born and raised in Kent, Eric has dedicated himself to public service. Eric served as Deputy Emergency Management Director, is a member and past President of the Litchfield County Fire Chiefs Emergency Plan and is the current President of the Litchfield County Dispatch (LCD) Board of Directors.
Eric was just elected to be the next First Selectman of the Town of Kent and will begin his term in November 2025

Kevin Robinson
Kevin Robinson, a dedicated member of the fire service with the Thomaston Fire Department for 30 years and was a First Lieutenant for 8 years with the Department. Also, a member of the Region 5 Dive Team been with the team about 20 years and a lieutenant for the past 4 years.
Kevin is passionate about public safety, teamwork, and continuous training to stay prepared for any challenge.

Tom Bartram
Tom Bartram has been in the fire service for over 52 years. He is a lifelong member of the Sharon Fire department and past chief & past president. Tom is an instructor at the Litchfield County Regional Fire School and a State of CT fire instructor. He is the current emergency management director for the town of Sharon & also an EMT for Sharon.
Tom is a Past President, Litchfield County Fire Chiefs Emergency Plan & Executive Board Member, Former Selectman, and board of finance member for the Town of Sharon. Tom’s training credentials are too many to list and combine that with his 52 years in the fire service make Tom a huge asset as a coordinator assisting at any scene.

Jonathan Barbagallo
Jon has dedicated more than three decades to public safety and community service in Connecticut. A longtime member of the Norfolk Volunteer Fire Department, he has held roles including Assistant Chief, Firefighter, and Public Information Officer, specializing in media relations and crisis communications. Jon also served more than a decade as Chief of Service for the Norfolk Lions Club Ambulance, holding EMT and AEMT certifications.
Jon is the Team Administrator for the 3 Incident Management Teams (CT West IMT, CTIMT4, CT-IMT3) and Deputy Emergency Management Director for the Town of Norfolk, supporting regional coordination, logistics, and public information during major incidents and planned events such as the Lime Rock Park NASCAR race weekend.

Mark Worsman
Jon has dedicated more than three decades to public safety and community service in Connecticut. A longtime member of the Norfolk Volunteer Fire Department, he has held roles including Assistant Chief, Firefighter, and Public Information Officer, specializing in media relations and crisis communications. Jon also served more than a decade as Chief of Service for the Norfolk Lions Club Ambulance, holding EMT and AEMT certifications.

Jerry Romaniello
Jerry is currently a volunteer for 38 years with the Northville Volunteer Fire Department, 3 years as Chief of Dept. 10 years as treasurer. Jerry has recently retired with 27 Years of service with the career dept of Greenwich Fire Dept serving as Lieutenant the last 14 years of his career
Jerry’s diverse fire education background includes Fire Service Instructor 1, Fire Officer 2, Haz-Mat Technician, Confined Space Entry Technician, Trench Rescue Technician, Safety Officer EMT

Bernie Meehan Jr
Bernie has extensive career in the Danbury Fire Dept 40 years and currently servicing as Deputy Fire Chief for over 14 years. He is also in the Roxbury Ambulance Association - Former Chief 20 years and a member of the Roxbury Volunteer Fire Dept.
Bernie diversification in training is expansive over his career being trained as a Paramedic, Incident Safety Officer, HazMat Technician, NIMS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, 800, Swift Water Awareness, Rope, Ice, Trench, Confined Space Rescue and a Former Scuba diver.
Bernie is also a Corporate Board Member - Northwest Public Safety on the Board of Directors - Trinity Health Care of New England EMS and a member of the Litchfield County Fire Chiefs Emergency plan.

Jeff Rudzavice
Jeff has 48 years in the fire service. Currently Captain of Engine Company #1 of the Watertown Fire Department. Jeff is the Regional manager of the VFIS Insurance Program. Jeff’s diverse education includes BS degree in fire administration from University of New Haven, as well as certifications in fire prevention and arson investigation. Completed numerous classes in firefighting, rescue, and hazardous materials from the CT Fire Academy and Litchfield County Regional Fire Training School.
Jeff is a Past President, Litchfield County Fire Chiefs Emergency Plan & Executive Board Member, past member of Connecticut Fire Chiefs Association Education Committee, Connecticut State Technical-Advisory Committee. Jeff’s other previous fire service memberships in his long history include Bethlehem Volunteer Fire Department, Allingtown Volunteer Fire Association & Poquonnock Bridge Volunteer Fire Company #1
